#15 captained the famed doomed expedition to find the lost city of Ashoat Iota deep into the icy waters of the North Pole. His companions perished on the journey. He lost a fin to frostbite and now wears a prosthetic fin made out of whalebone. Though unseen for many decades, some say #15 never ceased his single-minded quest to find Ashoat Iota and its fountain, said to hold the key to eternal life. Others say he appears to doomed people who are lost in icy mountains.
